1. What is the return policy?

    Our return policy allows you to request a return within 12 months of receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as digital goods, custom products, and personal care goods, cannot be returned. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.

2. How do I initiate a return?

    To start a return, please contact us at geraldscott1995@protonmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.

4. Can I return sale items or gift cards?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items and gift cards are final sale.

5. How long does it take to receive a refund?

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

7. What is the refund policy?

    Our refund policy states that once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at geraldscott@anarchystudios.org.
